Hi all,

This is my first post so hope someone can help.

Looking to put a set of carbon mods stone chip guards on my L reg ZEI but am unsure of the type of rear arch fitted and cannot find any info. There is a drop down list on the carbon mods website and i have spoke to them but they are not sure which ones to go for. Phoned Westfield and was told it would be a ZK styling rear arch but still unsure which version i would need to order.

Hope i am not being stupid and missing something with this question and would appreciate any help in this matter.

Cheers

Paul

Firstly, welcome to the boardroom :t-up:

The closest fit for your car would be one of the following:

SEIW detachable

SEIW detachable extra wide

SEIW fixed

I don't know the ZEI that well as I only saw my first one last weekend but if you have detachable rear arches then that'd be one of the two detachable options otherwise if the rear arches are moulded as part of the tub then you'd need the fixed option.  Extra wide arches are typically fitted to sierra SDV's and cars running very wide rear tyres.

The ZEI I thought uses the earier "kit" bodywork rather than the newer ZK bodywork.  Although they look virtually the same there are minor differences in the shape and compatability of arch guards between the two, See link.
