Hi all,

Well the time has come to part from the Westfield for a little while.  It has been tremendous fun but workload, impending marriage and little use over past year or two means it's time to let someone else enjoy her

It was my first Westy and all i ever wanted from a car really, good on the insurance (140 f/c, 5K mls) and rapid enough for me......sounded great too at 7500rpm

Other info

Overall the car is in very good condition for an '89 model.  The bodywork has been repaired in the past where it carried a pinto so under some light conditions you can see the exhaust exit repair and also where the carb intake was on top of the bonnet.  Apart from that the bodywork is in decent shape.

There is currently no tax or MOT on the car as it has been in covered up in dry storage for 12 months (outdoor cover also included in sale).  At present it would be easier for me if somebody could take without an MOT, not that i doubt it would pass first time, but due to my busy work schedule i would struggle to get it to the nearest MOT station.  Saying that i could possibly take an afternoons flexi and get it done if it would assist a sale.

Overall i think it is a great car with a good spec at a very honest price and i'll be gutted to see her go as we have had a blast!

Any more pics required, please ask.

Thanks!

I'm 6' and fit comfrotably.  Being a narrow body it's better suited to the athletic types too.  I'm just under 13 st if that gives any idea....

Sh!t......I'd forgot about the damn calipers!

Anyway, don't think of it as an MX-5, more a SDV donor in its early years ;) A bit like Robbies Vauxhall Cavalier once was....
