Got into the office this morning and over the weekend, someone's nicked the metal cages that protect the outdoor aircon units!  

It's amazing what some folk will do for a few quid.

What is this world coming to?

there are copper drainpipes and cast iron drain covers being nicked here all the time..

higher weight or higher value.

..an electrical cables.. sometimes still connected when they try to nick them.

but what scrappie buys drain covers?  surely they need to show proof for transactions..  maybe they should get a few more checkups done on them.

We had installed several cameras outside our new unit in Bristol all linked to recoders etc. All we saw was a hooded man climb a ladder and remove them one by one. After the third set we put them inside the building as the only thing of value outside was the cameras.

A least you knew it was a hooded man. The police should be able to trace him from that.
