SteveD Posted March 4, 2011 Posted March 4, 2011 i have had the pleasure of driving one and repairing one ,an aquired taste but british none the less Quote
Norman Verona Posted March 4, 2011 Posted March 4, 2011 It did cross my mind when Tony Crookes stood down that the business may get into trouble without him. I worked on the 401 and 402 models when I started work I know someone who has been a loyal customer for years and he reckons the quakity is of a standard that Rolls Royce would like to achieve. I suspect a group of customers will get together to save the company. However, I think they need to change the model range as it's luxury, not 1000 bhp cars that's needed. Quote
Mark Stanton Posted March 4, 2011 Posted March 4, 2011 £350K for that welcome to the real world Bristol comments of quality for sure............. but at £350k for a car with an acquired taste is taking hand built Britishness a bit far someone will buy the brand name and make cheaper cars wonder if Jason Plato will test drive one of those on fifth gear Quote
