I will start the ball rolling in the "are you having a laugh" Chrimbo present stakes;

1:  Size 6-8 socks in bright red (I take size 10) from my Aunt in Brecon.

2:  1 tin of Sainsbury's own brand bitter.

They say it is the giving, not the receiving - but b****y hell............................

And to top it all - 1 hour of tosh on BBC 1 now in the shape of Upstairs Downstairs.  Pass me the Glenfiddich - hurrah
