There's plenty of Caterham Models about from the likes of Minichamps, Vittesse, Onyx etc in 1:43 diecast.  IIRC Kyosho do a 1:12 diecast Caterham too.  I have a Vittesse 1:43 diecast S2 Lotus 7 in my collection and for plastic model kits Tamiya do one in 1:24 and 1:12 which with some creativity could be modified to look more like a westfield.

I'm sure there's plenty of others (white metal etc) but afraid I know not of any Westfield Models.

I think the factory need to sort out a few areas of "focus loss" before they worry about r/c cars though

Company called Mardave do a cateringvan at the moment ,and the owner of the company ,Chris Wilkinson told me at a recent radio control car race meeting that they were going to do a Westy ,I think from memory he said that Westfield had contacted him re doing a bodyshell to fit the Mardave model car chassis.
