i got a mortgage at the start of the year, so things may have changed a little, but my mortgage advisor advised me not to go through him (he is an old friend) as you can source a better deal direct than are available to brokers. worth doing your own research, back that up with what a broker advises you.  sounds like you have a clear idea of what you want, so before you sign up with a broker, check the deal is better than you can get going alone.

Hi Norm.

Been home a few days now. Infection coming under control; but pain control still a problem. Some good days, but then some really bad ones. Will get there in the end though.

How is Lynne coming on?

Cheers Oioi....I've got allsorts of deals infront of me, but as yet not found anything better (or as flexible) than my 2 advisors are offering.

Now if I could just get the monthly payments down a bit ( needing 130k mortgage)
