kev91 Posted November 24, 2010 Posted November 24, 2010 hello, I have just got a Megablade myself, I find that there isnt much play in the lever at all, I find to get in reverse, with engine running, put into first gear and put a little pressure onto reverse lever and bring the clutch up gentally as drive begins to turn it will go in. kev Quote
tex Posted November 24, 2010 Posted November 24, 2010 Ill Try that, the lever seems rather tight(Hope it isnt broken) Has anyone had similer feelings? Marty D if it feels tight you could check the linkages for free play. The bushes should be really free moving with little wobble. Bit of oil should help. If the cars on stands it might be a good idea to use the time to make life easier for yourself in the future by making the side panels around the box not riveted on. Drill the rivets out and pop some rivnuts in thier place. M5 stainless cap head bolts. Maybe a spring washer to help stop them vibrating loose. It will help later on when maintenance is needed. Quote
