Muttleys V8 Posted August 10, 2010 Posted August 10, 2010 Just want to know if 2 people can share power of attorney over someone else's money / bank account? Answers on a postcard please? Steve Quote
bhouse Posted August 10, 2010 Posted August 10, 2010 Yes. I've just done this. It can be joint (in which case each person has to agree to any decisions/expenditure etc) or several in which case either person can act on their own without the other party's consent. I'm am not legally qualified but that's what I was told last month. There is government website about it here. It includes info on costs etc... Brian Quote

Steve Yes. Please send me your full name and address, DOB, bank account details and any passwords, and I'll set it all up for me, er, I mean, for you. Quote
