Where can I order a nosecone badge?

Hi,

My Westfield has a badly sun damaged nose cone badge.

I have emailed

www.westfield-sportscars.co.uk

trying to order one but they don't seem interested in my business. :bangshead:

Anybody know where I can buy the following please

50mm enamel badge black only

I'm in Perth, Western Australia and no dealer around the corner!!

I had the same problem and am also in West Oz.

After some suggestions from this forum that mornings are best, I managed to contact them by phone around 11 am UK time.

They were very helpful and my bits are on their way.

They just need to improve on their communication skills.

I believe I can paypal you funds if that is an easy way for me to reimburse you.

Thanks to everybody for your ideas...some not too practical...and whilst I maybe able to call them....that seems just plain dumb to me (especially for a low cost item).

How hard can it be for Westfield to answer emails, or better still, set up a simple secure ordering/payment system. :suspect:

Right, I feel better now, I have got it out of my system.

My Westfield is being painted on Monday and keen to get it looking nice and fresh...I'll post a photo of the finished article.

Dear Highwayman....please do not send the badge...I have cracked the maze into the Westfield company ordering dud system.

I have managed to correspond with Westfield via an email address supplied by a very helpful WSCC office bearer (Emma).

The Westfield employee (gavin.prosser@westfield-sportscars.co.uk) explained why their ordering system is a dud and a workaround for non UK residents...I quote :-

Because our web shop is UK based (at the moment) it doesn't process orders from out side of the UK, So the email you sent me on Thursday was the first I saw of the order.

The only way the order and pay pal transfer will come through would be if you put 6153 and then UK underneath it but this would automatically charge you tax.

If You can email me your phone number and when it is convenient to you, I can call you for credit card details an get the badge in the post.

So, if you are struggling, then the direct email address of Gavin (gavin.prosser@westfield-sportscars.co.uk) may help you...it did me. I have my badge on the way (hopefully)! Interestingly, no mention made of my various attempts over the last 2 weeks via their "Contact" web form....these must disappear into cyberspace.

I reckon the Westfield company might get extra business now.
