need advice going to be in ferrybridge on Friday morning and need to get ripon only one way as i will ride my newly purchased motorbike back from ripon to ferrybridge

don't live round here never been in the area any ideas on how to get from said places

an appeal from the locals in that area with knowledge of the area

Train to Harrogate (via Leeds), then bus to Ripon. Harrogate train & bus station are next to each other.

Will be leaving Pontefract (about 2 miles away) at 7am could drop you just north of Leeds on the Wetherby road, short bus ride to Wetherby and buses run up to Harrogate all the time from there (you may be lucky and get one out of Leeds going all the way to Ripon). Don't know any bus times I'm afraid.

The 36 bus runs from Leeds staright through to Ripon via Harrogate.
