I have just brought a Mondeo (51 plate) 2.0 Ghia X with all the toys with a knackered engine.

I need to source a replacement motor (close to Cambs) low milage if poss and cheap(ish).

Any suggestions form you guys??

Provided everything checks out, I'll have paid £500 for the car which is in reasonable condition.

I figure £250 (ish) for a replacement engine and £150 in sundries so £900 OTR looks doable.
