JeffC Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 we have a few pictures in photo albums (remember those) from the when we were young (and feck me do i have a swiss toni hair cut on some of them but it was the fashion in the 80s : ) that i want to get on my computer so i can crop them and add to facebook Is there a cooperproof way to get them onto my computer? got dozens to do and i dont have a scanner that i can work what will be the easiest way of doing it Quote
Liam Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 Surely somebody out there has a scanner they can work and can do it for you. I do and I'm more ludditey than a very ludditey luddite Quote
Tigger Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 Photograph them Thats' a top answer Get your phone or digital camera out, place them on the desk making sure there isn't any reflections on them and take a pic! Plug your camera into your pc and hey presto, pics of your mug will appear LOL. Doesn't get any more cooperproof than that surely Quote

Andrew Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 I've used just a camera before. It works OK, you just have to get the light right and watch for reflections if they're glossy. So how about showing us one of your old photos Jeff? Quote
