When we were out yesterday, we followed an old Rover 90 for some miles.  Two thoughts came in my mind.

1. F**king hell, how old am I? (Used to work on them as an apprentice)

2. Could do with looking at more vintage cars

Not too far from me is Gaydon Motor Museum.  I have never been but toying with the idea of going.

Is it any good?

Hi Bob,

There was an event there the other weekend.

The Supercar Sunday we attended as the Warwickshire Area and joined by the Cotswold Area and Chiltern 7's.

We managed to get a fantastic spot right after the entrance so all the super cars had to dive past.

To top it of we got complimentary tickets and entrance to the museum.

It was good looking around all the exotica but really enjoyed walking round the museum looking at all the classics ( and the not so classics such as the princess ).

I'd recommend it.

The car was probably going to Birdingbury Country Festival which is on both days this weekend - losts of classic cars and vehicles of interest and well worth a visit

Birdingbury Country Show

Gaydon is good but it has downsized since the early days and BMW got their mitts on it

I'd heard the name Gaydon and thought it was a home for queer  college tutors  :sheep:
