Wait until one of your own loved ones has physiological problems and see then if you want your son shot f**king dead! What? As distasteful as shooting an innocent man, or shooting a policeman in the face with a sawn off shotgun, or shooting your ex in the back with the self same gun.....? How much more distasteful can you get...... If ( God forbid) one of my children was so f*cked up as to commit crimes like these then they'd deserve to be treated with zero respect for their own life IMHO... Just showing pure ignorance with a reply like that. Unfortuately people suffer mental illness and we should,as a civilised society try to help them! Quote

Yes I can accept people can suffer from mental illness, but I would respectfully suggest that for the greater good of civilised society this particular individual has blown straight through the boundaries of what we should treat and should be dealt with in the manner in which he has conducted himself IMHO... Remedies to problems even within a civilised society aren't always palatable to everyone...... As for him being mentally ill. well I could sympathis if he was, however he was lucid enough to obtain a gun, lucid enough to take a cold blooded trip to murder a man who was now in a relationship with his ex, cold bloodedly shot a young police man in the face and his ex who he claimed to love. He was able to avoid capture for several days. These are not the actions of a mentally disturbed man, they are the actions of an cold blooded evil murderer who placed no value on his own or others lives. I hope his kids get the help they will need as well as his victims families and we do not waste any more money on enquiries etc to look at why it happened. Sorry if my views offended some of the more sensetive on here. Quote

It's a sad day for his family and especially his children especially as they will carry the scars their Father inflicted on society. Lets hope the people that are in hospital suffering from his actions make a full recovery and the families of those he affected manage to now move forward and come to terms with this horrendous situation?
