Guest Posted June 29, 2010 Posted June 29, 2010 You wouldn't know it if they are! Have tried to contact them for some information and to purchase a RAC rollbar. All I get is an answering machine when I ring and they do not answer emails either. Have now tried several times over about 2 weeks Have no idea how a business continues to operate that treats its customers with such scant regard. Anyone else having similar problems? Any suggestions as to how to get hold of them? Regards Greg Quote

Guest Posted June 29, 2010 Posted June 29, 2010 Thanks for the prompt replies guys. The Plays school bar doesn't work for me as I want to retain my boot box and so need removable backstays. As I am in West OZ compliance with UK race rules doesn't worry me as the RAC bar will pass muster over here for the types of events that I run the car in and I plan to mod it with a removable "Petty bar" into the left footwell I will try some other times of the day and see if I can catch someone at Westfield. I am hoping that someone from Westfield will read this post and tell their staff to extract the digit. Regards Greg Quote

I tried once before about 12 months back for something else and same result. Ended up buying alternative parts from Rally Design. I have now dealt with several firms in the UK all of whom have given excellent & prompt service except Westfield that is. Given that some of your replies seems to indicate that they are morning people, I will attempt another contact for that time frame. Thanks again for all the replies. Regards Greg Quote

Very helpful and efficient when they called back. They did mention they are doing a stock-count at the moment. I know that shouldn't be used as an excuse, but it may be part of the reason. Quote
