Thanks for all the info folks, spent most of the afternoon looking round the site and have now got loads more understanding about the joys of Westfield ownership.

I'm now going to push the bank manager (the missus! to let me get spending now.

Just seen this ad on Auto Trader that may be worth a look:-

Now I know your all here, I'll hopefully be back soon needing some help with my own car!

Have a look on www.findit.co.uk I found mine there and had a selection of about 8 kit cars lined up to look at, there's normally loads on there, just do a search for Kit Cars or Westfield.

Found my 1996 2.0l Vx SEiW on findit last March. Was £6,300 and other than a recon head has been a total hoot.

If you're looking at an unfinished project be aware of SVA and any mods that may be needed    

And don't forget to ask your bank manager for the WSCC membership fee - join before you buy
