Ok, you can guess from my user name what i'm intending to build, still at the research and parts sourcing stage proir to ordering a kit after christmas (Or before if i can hide it from the missus) ready for the spring/summer.

Now, i'm a little confused how the drive is taken from the gearbox to the back wheels (I know, propshaft) but how is this connected to the gear box, i'm guessing some sort of adapter plate in place to the original sprocket, but could be very wrong( As Usual)

No doubt i will be back with other stupid questions along the way, just trying to use the planning stage to gather as much info as possible and gather some of the parts i need.

Any help much appreciated.

One thing I do know, is that you want an electric reverse, not a mechanical (reverse gearbox) one..........
