pistonbroke Posted April 25, 2010 Posted April 25, 2010 has he tried LG's webby ? should be able to help Quote
lippydave Posted April 25, 2010 Posted April 25, 2010 Can't he just take his flash card out and stick it in a reader? Simples... Quote
Blatman Posted April 25, 2010 Posted April 25, 2010 Surely the phone has a USB cable to connect to the laptop? Just plug and play. It'll take a minute for the computer to see the phone, but is should appear as an external disc when you double click My Computer... oh, 'ang on.. Windoze 7... Start Menu > Computer if you don't have My Computer on the desk top. That should find it. Treat the phone as an external disc and simply browse the folders, draging and dopping and / or copy 'n' pasting as you need. Quote
little ed Posted April 25, 2010 Author Posted April 25, 2010 Cheers guys, yeh blatman thats what i told him it would do but nothing!!!! its makes the noise when you plug the usb part in and then it does nothing it doesn't even find it in 'my computer'!! Quote
Blatman Posted April 25, 2010 Posted April 25, 2010 Right click "My Computer", then click Manage. On the left, about 3/4 of the way down, click Disk Management. If it doesn't appear the section to the right, then you will probably need to load the software that came with the phone on to the laptop. It's a driver thing, possibly. One thing is for sure. You *won't* need to buy new equipment. The computer *will* see the phone, but it may need some help... Quote
