I bought the car Jan ’09 and have hardly used it, although I have spent an awful lot of time and money on the car making sure it was ready to race; including a full engine check by DTW in Harlow including replacement belts and an injector inspection and clean by SBD.

I have receipts for all of the work I have done and a pretty comprehensive file from the previous owner. I bought the car off the back of a recommendation from a chap I know that helped build/prepare it for race for the previous owner; unfortunately neither myself or the previous owner have had the time to use the car and get the best out of it.

The engine was bought from a well known sprinter, the pedigree of which I have had confirmed by SBD.  Mapped by Track n Road in Rainham and currently producing 225bhp. SBD tell me it's good for much more (250-270bhp) with a little head work and perhaps different cams.

The car is fitted with a full set of Mike Barnby 3pc split-rims (8” fronts / 10.5” rears….I think) and new KUMHO v700’s.  It will also be sold with a full set of Avon wets on silver minilights.  By separate negotiation, I also have another full set of matching Mike Barnby split-rims currently fitted with used AVON slicks (probably good for a few trackdays).

I haven’t got the time to race it due to an impending house renovation.  I recently put it back on the road for testing purposes and to get some Sunday use out of it.  I’ve just put 6 months tax on it and its MOT’d until October.

All steel dry sumped Vauxhall XE 2.0L with SBD Taper Throttle Injection kit and MBE 967 ECU and loom.  

BTB Stainless 4-2-1 Manifold and Exhaust built to SBD spec (BTB are SBD’s recommended manufacturer) – low exit

Quaife 5 speed dog box (alloy case)

ZF plate diff 7”

New high pressure fuel pump, low pressure feed pump, hoses and connectors – all supplied by SBD

SBD fuel swirl pot

SPA Design digital (in-dash) fuel pressure gauge with water temp display

New ITG sausage air filter and back plate.

Full roll cage

New Nosecone, extra wide rear arches and wide cycle wings.

New lights front and back, fitted for MOT purposes.

Honeycomb rear self with easy access panel

Standard track front end with rose-jointed uppers, new bushings, all freshly powder coated.

Quick rack.

Recent Pace dry sump pump.

Raceleda 4 pots on front with recent Hawk pads and new standard discs.

Lightweight alternator – supplied by SBD.

Lightweight redtop battery.

QR momo steering wheel.

Carbon dash.

Push button start.

SPA fire ext (in-date)

Lifeline rain light

FIA kill switch

3" four point harness (in-date)

Westfield digital Speedo and transducer – not fitted as wasn’t needed for MOT.
