What oil should I put in my xflow?

Valvoline 20/50 Racing - about £18 for 5 litres - changed onto it a couple of months ago - made quite a difference

Valvoline gave me lots of numbers for supposed local suppliers, none of whom still do it.

Comma 5W30 - I reckon I used less than 0.25 litres in 2000 miles 1.7 x-flow 15K miles

switched to 10/40 magnatec this time - 500 miles no oil loss.

MOT station reckoned that at 500ppm Hydrocarbon emissions I could have passed emissions testing anyway (whilst running genuine leaded 4star)

Your choice of oil - depends on Road vs Track use I'd reckon?
