Suspension Setup

I've managed to get hold of all the Essex area's gubbins to setup the suspension on my Westy. Unfortunately,  I have absolutely no idea what I need to do with any of it.

Can anyone offer me some advice, or even better, lend a hand? I'm in the East Herts/West Essex area.

The WSCC set-up equipment is very easy to use - although somewhat tricky to explain here    

Do you live nearby to any Essex or Herts guys who have used the stuff previously    I'm sure for a small gratitude (usually alcoholic) one of them would pop round to advise. Its much easier with two or three to pitch in
