Agree about there being no money in anything at the mo. Property has to be worth a shot with the market as it is as long as you dont have to borrow for it

well I instructed my solicitor Tuesday Morning, signed for  house Wednesday , public notice in paper yesterday and paid for house /completed sale and picked keys up today friday  :t-up:

so cheers for the advice chaps  its a b****y good job I asked as when collecting the keys tonight the estate agent had booked 4 viewings for 2mrw  :0  :0  :0  :0  :0

4 viewings ??? show's there's good interest in it  :)  ;)

Property will always stand in good stead for a long term investment better than pensions/insurance  :)

New housing market looks like kicking off this year ....... a lot of back burnered projects from 2009 are looking to be on site in 2010 ........ I'm snowed under at present with sites all over U.K  :)  :) even one in Sunderland  :D  :D  ;)  :oops:

its been on the market for a good 4 months too so everyone else had a chance, estate agent said it happens all the time, once a cheeky offer goes to public notice it attracts interest, just pleased I didnt wait til next week to start like the estate agent told me to  :bangshead:  :bangshead:  :bangshead:
