for Wroclaw, had my stag do there 3 years ago and it was fantastic. We paid to have a couple of local 'guides' show us the various bars, got the VIP treatment everywhere and much cheaper drinks i.e. local prices. Stunning looking women everywhere, if you're really out of order I imagine that you could get yourselves in some trouble but police on most corners carry semi-automatics tends to discourage you
