From what I have read they are a very capable car, Jeffc is spot on with the tractor as it is the same for me. They seem good value.

To be honest Barry we had a guy racing in the factory car in the 750 RGB championship but it wasn't that competitive and I know thats a very subjective area but its an insite into the cars competative capabilities or lack of

you might remember this footage on how not to unload a crashed Vortex and yes thats my Genesis (no 46) at the start!

That really is a bad day :D

I'd love to go racing; but it's that degree of damage/ repair cost that has always put me off.

It's the cost of the MNR parts that interest me if I go racing

I was thinking more the cost of chassis/ big stuff looking at that video clip (and thinking back to the old PKM videos of the stryker racing mayhem)

I race with a guy called Paul Lawrence - he is on here as Paublo999 I think - previous megablade owner. He was runner up in this years Scottish Sprint Championship. He won the class in the Hillclimb Championship and was the overall winner in the Lowland Championship... He runs a standard (so he tells me) ZX1400 engine in his. With full cage, he says his car is about 480kg.

Its a pretty handy tool. Its green as well!

Hello Mr. Ashcroftand all. Still looking at going racing I see. MNR looks good but not sure if its ready for competitive racing yet still needs another year of motorsport development. Parts are cheap enough though. Catch up with you soon. Richard Smith

Now that was a night of WSCC legend....Almost ranks alongside the "Caterham" incident and the "fire complaint" letter Chairman Stanton received many moons ago from the JBA owners club

I had forgotten the spitfire and our "chaging of the time" adventure. Mind you i found a photo of us with pictures of ice creams stuck to our heads i can not explain either. They were the days.

We should have another big blow out in 2010, a real crazy one.....
