Ear defenders...

So, I've got a pair of these: peltor alert ear defenders... great for motorway cruising I guess...

but, does wearing them in the car make you look a bit of an idiot?

Not sure but yeah probably!¬ I use my peltor head set via my autocom kit for comms with me passenger but also to listern to my ipod/satnav/two way radio or mobi but not at same time its elf cancelling!

same as buzz I use mine for autocom to my passenger or other car via walkie talkie, but best is used with headsets that fit in helmet as no one can see you
