I have the chance of buying a pre lit westfield complete with no engine for £2200 is this a good idea or not?  plz help :t-up:

If the car is only short of an engine this sound cheep if you can fit the engine yourself. ;)

The most important question is:

Has it been registered, or will it need SVA-ing?

Also:

How complete is it?

What sort of condition is it in?

And has it been involved in a shunt  ???  I've also heard of a few non-westfield chassis copies - get the number and check it with Westfield  ;)

Plus does it need any parts to finish the build, cos they are getting scarce  :(
