Jeff2 Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 Looking on Pistonheads and ebay some cars are referred to as SE, SEI or SEIW. I guess the I stands for injection and W stands for wide. Does that mean SE or SEI are narrow body? Quote
Rob Navin Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 SE is a live axle narrow body car SEi is an independant narrow body car Both will say SE on the scuttle, as did some wide cars. SEIW is an independant wide body car Quote
peterg Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 and SEW is a widebody live axle car... tut tut Rob fancy forgetting that one Quote
Rob Navin Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 and SEW is a widebody live axle car... tut tut Rob fancy forgetting that one never liked the wide bodied cars, Never needed the extra space to be honnest Quote
stu999 Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 ...and just to add to the confusion, the factory have tended to drop the 'W' designation of late, meaning that an SEi could actually be an SEiW in old money... Quote
