Halfords Professional Tool Cabinets

Hi,

Thinking of treating myself to a set of Halfords professional tool cabinets, good deal at the moment with 1/3rd off online, can get a nice bottom roller cabinet and a 9 drawer top cabinet for £260.

Has anyone bought these, are they value for money / do what they should?

Just thought I'd check before I took the plunge.

Many of time in store have I pushed the drawers in and out. However for me always thought of better things to spend the money on to do with the car especially in the build process and now that its nearly over thought I have managed for 4 years without the need for one. However 1/3rd is very tempting.

I like the Halfords professional range I have a top cabinet and the most of my spanners and sockets ore from the professional range, did have a problem with my ratchet after 4 years but it was exchanged with no problem under their lifetime guarantee.

Ive got one of theri top boxes and bottom cabinets like that. Had it for years and still perfect. I think their proffesional stuff is really good and as said above never had any problem when I actually did break one hex socket. Exchanged right away.

I've had the 6 draw top box and 5 draw cabinet for 3 years and no problems at all. I remember looking at the Machine Mart range at the time of buying which were similar in quality, but Halfords had a good deal on at the time which i could not refuse.

Go for it at a 1/3rd off its a steal!!
