Major Stare Posted August 31, 2009 Posted August 31, 2009 Anyone a TV repair engineer? Got a 32" Philips Ambilite TV with an intermitant fault. Want to get rid but too good to put in a council skip! Quote
tex Posted August 31, 2009 Posted August 31, 2009 my brother is a really good engineer with the pc world / currys / dixons group - whats the matter with it? if you send me the model number - year and details ill see if he knows off the top of his head - yes he can do that.. amazes me sometimes.. but be aware - most tv's go in the skip nowadays - even that big group is going to change soon.. think he said they are stopping home repairs soon Quote
pistonbroke Posted August 31, 2009 Posted August 31, 2009 There aint no such thing as a TV engineer these days there just chassis bashers. Quote
