Hi,

Re future build of an SE...

I've got the opportunity to pick up an Escort mkII live axle cheap. No idea what the diff ratio is, but it's off a 1600 Auto car.

Any gotchas with this axle that anyone's aware of? I can't see why an axle off an auto would be any different to a manual, but I'm not always right (so the wife says...).

This should be a 3.54:1 diff ratio and the same axle as a manual car.
