Gadget Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 So saddened by this news. Rosie and I pass on our thoughts for his family, sorry we cannot go to the funeral but will be raising a glass to Roland in his memory at that time. RIP Quote
M11 BRD Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 Very sad to hear this, having seen Roland at the Awards do at the beginning of the year it was a shock to see him immobile at Curborough, but he was in good spirits when we spoke on both occasions. Thoughts are with his family and friends Steve & Christine Quote
adamnreeves Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 A sad loss. Thoughts and prayers are with the family. RIP Roland. Quote
Guest Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 If for no other reason than to push this topic back to the top - is anyone planning to attend Roly's funeral in their Westie? I am hoping to take mine - weather permitting - although it is throwing it down in Staffordshire at the moment! If you are planning to take you Westie - perhaps we could all arrange to meet somewhere prior to the funeral - and then go to Roly's house to follow the hearse......? Just a thought. Quote
