Cleggy the Spyder Man Posted July 2, 2009 Posted July 2, 2009 piston heads - kit car trader - autotrader - plus always one of the best places, outside the front of yer house (if you live somewhere this is practical and safe) get a good sign on the motor - with loads of detailed spec - plus no joy riders most importantly a price best bit of advice is to make sure your advert (wherever you place it) looks the best ... with great pictures ... and loads of detail about the car ... spec and history ... plus car reviews etc etc ... performance if you have a build website and its any good then supply a link to this as well I see so many s**t adverts that look and make the car sound not worth even looking at if you know any local garages that would be prepared to have it in their showroom, and when sold take a small percentage, you never know - and its much more likely to seel their than sat in your garage - vieing might be a tad tricky though good luck Quote
brianm Posted July 3, 2009 Posted July 3, 2009 Pistonheads gives great picture coverage, is free, and is frequented by enthusiasts not dorks in the main I think you need to price the car against what everyone else is asking, if you go in to high it will hang around. Any kitcar shows coming up? Always worth a shot. Quote
