I am in the middle of replacing standard M16 calipers for 4 pot

raceleda calipers.

The new calipers have the brake line hoses fitted to the side rather than the top on the m16 caliper. Can anyone help me with a pic of there brake line braded hose set up as the existing standard braded hoses look a bit long...

How have people routed the existing braded front brake line hoses ? Or do i need to purchase some slightly shorter ones ?

If so, which hoses should i purchase 'circuit motors are my nearest supplier'

Thanks in anticipation of your help...

Regards

If you post a photo of the set-up then that might help

Too be honest, simple question is what did people do with their existing braded brake hoses when they upgraded !!

Did they stick with the standard westfield braided front brake hose or replace with shorted hoses. If replaced with shorter ones, which ones's did they buy ?

Left the original hoses on mine can't say they presented any problems, see if I can get some photos soon. Can't see the car at the moment just emptied the loft for new insulation to go down, car somewhere under a mountain of crap.

Just thought photos wont be much help fitted wide track recently, still same hoses though.

Can't you use a piece of wire or string to "measure" how it will llok and if it will snag or be too short.

To be honext, my front flexis are too long but it hasn't caused a problem, they just loop up out of the way.

ed to ad that this really should be in the techie area. We ger a superior intelligence when answering there  :D
