Not sure if I can make it yet Chaz ... but happy to help with route, although looks like Langy is up for it  :t-up: the purple beasty  :D

Was thinking before I saw Langys post of meeting in the chatteris area (central-ish??? for all???) then wizzing out along earith road then out via ely and onto thetford, through forests and make our way back ... maybe stopping in one of the forest parks for icecreams blah blah blah  :D

Just a suggestion, dont know the roads very well out that way

You do your own thing m8 and if ya need help if your route is over my way then let me know

Hi Dave,

Running 2.0l Pinto, stage 3 head, vented and ported dics and other bits and pieces - on twin 45 webbers running at 165BHP (shown on recent tune up on rolling road 1 month - 6 weeks ago)

I'm chuffed to bits with it :D

Yup defo banter between me and Tony - he knows Clegg's quickest  :p  ;) its gonna be who's bravest on the day I reckon, and probably wont be me  :)

Dave - sure your avatar is an old one ...haven't you got a full cage and aero screen or am I imagining that? How's the diff?

Paul - might be up for a bit of track action soon, depends on what the circuits require, if you have to f***y about fitting bits an pieces to the car I probably wont bother this year ... get myself a spare set of wheels/tyres over the winter break ready for next year  :t-up:

Must get round to changing that your not imagining things    but the screens back on now! this weekends project is to start making a half hood for our lovely weather im not as brave as Paul.

Done the diff tonight will go for a run Friday and see if its sorted fingers crossed.

was wearing my skid lid tonight on my nightly run round the block and at 70 to 80 i get a lot of buffeting,is it the same for anyone else or just me and please dont be rude cause im sensitive.

buffeting with just a windscreen is standard issue I am afraid, even with my perspex side screens I get bashed around a bit ...you will be fitting an aero screen next  :p

I have been out for a blast tonight too ... managed to get a bit of a crowd around the car at the filling station   one bloke told me it was a f***y pulling machine  :suspect:

new rear lights look b****y great if I say so myself  :D , just got some tweaking to do to line them up a bit better I think - brake light switch is working well with just a little pressure to get the lights to work proper, then plan is to line the rear lights up then once they are straight fit the reverse and fog lights ... high level brake light is

are you turning into a poser

yup ...gonna be getting a Westfield T-shirt soon like you  :t-up:  ...maybe catch you tomorrow Tony - have your stuff here to have a look at

If you get done in the afternoon let me know we can meet up maybe ...  :t-up: you can give me some advice on how to line these b****y lights up ... beed trying all afternoon and still not satisfied, think either the rear end of the lights themselves are wonky
