Mark Stanton Posted October 8, 2009 Posted October 8, 2009 QUOTE Guess that problems earlier in the year were temporary so faith now restored! Yep Gavin, Chris and Dave were moved back into the proper "Spares Dept" area and all runs much smoother Quote

carpetstu Posted October 8, 2009 Posted October 8, 2009 Looks like the title to this thread should be changed, to excellent customer service......... Maybe not Simon was supposed to call me back in 10 minutes....that was three days ago. Mind that's a call that was a reminded promised from the Stafford show. And that one never got made Edit to add - I decided to call them. Spoke to Service Simon who promises me Mark will call tomorrow. Watch this space! Quote
Edd Posted October 8, 2009 Posted October 8, 2009 Have any of the people posting complaints here sent their complaints to Westfield via the correct channels? Yes, best way to email Julian direct, it's quite easy to guess what his email address is. Julian will then tell you he will do his upmost to sort the problem out. I'm still waiting to hear whether my car's been fixed since the factory broke it over 6 weeks ago My car has now been off the road more than it has been working since I bought it. I wont go into details now but suffice to say it was an error caused by the factory and I'm really getting fed up with the false promises and lack of updates. Julian knows how I feel and I've been good enough not to say anything so far but my patience has pretty much run out now Quote

Sorry to say next stage to my complaint is a solicitor letter should satisfaction not be reached on tomorrows phone call ! Quote
SteveD Posted October 8, 2009 Posted October 8, 2009 some people are just born to moan and complain and until they have summat to moan/complain about they are not happy Quote
RedditchJay Posted October 8, 2009 Posted October 8, 2009 Carpet Stu, arnt you close enough just to pop into Westfield ? ? Quote
carpetstu Posted October 8, 2009 Posted October 8, 2009 some people are just born to moan and complain and until they have summat to moan/complain about they are not happy yep having a car where every new panel has developed stress fractures and it is in a worse condition than before it had a complete body work just over 12 months ago is no reason for me to moan my a** off Steve! And then the factory trying to do a ostrich approach to customer service really is no reason to get on my f**king high horse and moan either. edit to add - also I have enough to do in my life without the need to add problems and excuses to moan. And IF you knew me you would know I much prefer to be happy and joyful not a moaning t**t with an big attitude to others! Quote
carpetstu Posted October 8, 2009 Posted October 8, 2009 Carpet Stu, arnt you close enough just to pop into Westfield ? ? Fairly close Jay but it is still best part of 3 hrs with the time needed when I get there. I have tried visits Steve and promises of we will sort have been made. They recently supplied a nose cone to replace the one that was falling apart. That is now fitted and then I find a crack on the scuttle. Seriously not impressed and after promises of calls back with no result again I am really naffed off Quote
