megajolt hard rev limiter(new)set at 7000rpm

10mm k1 kerr nelson leads(new)

roose silicon hoses (new)

oil,filter,antifreeze etc all done last 500miles

gearbox +diff oils checked

SKF timing kit,waterpump (new)

lightwaight dennso alternator and belt (new)

this car is ready to drive away and could do the lenght of the countryand back no problem

my location is going to be my downfall selling this westy as she would sell herself,its a fair distance but would be a day well spent,there is direct flights to wick from places like edinburgh,aberdeen etc,ive spent nearly 4k over the last yr   if anybody thinks i should change anything let me know

im getting pretty lonely up here out on my own most of the time,no runs with other lads or track days to do,nearest track is knockhill and im over 200miles from it,ive had bikes now for over 20years and missing it quite a bit and all my mates are biking,i can see why you lot love them though but i honestly think that without the tracks and runs out its not so good,i would never have the funds to travel 500mile round trip to give it a thrashing on a track(which i know would be amazing)

thanks bean,would love to keep it but funds dont stretch to both bike and car and doesnt look like it will ever get the use it deserves like i said all my mates are biking and i will get in a load of miles on another bike

OT, but have you just used the RAC Roll Bar to keep the hood up??  it looks like it

yep it works out pretty well that way,i had the proper adapter kit from westfield that swung the hood frame up and over the rac bar but it is total crap so it got the heave,the hood frames are horrible looking in my opinion anyway,the rear of the car looks so much better without the frame

Shame you selling up - you have spent plenty on it recently (exhaust comes to mind as just one thing and thats no small investment as I have checked on the cost as I want one)

Why cant you tag along with your friends who have bikes? You should be able to keep up   If not invest in some Throttle Bodies  

Are there no other car enthusiasts clubs/ owners your way, Elise or other Kit Cars etc???
