Tubs
To those who have shown interest in parts, many thanks, but I'm looking to sell the engine in one piece. If that fails then I'll get back to you. Kind regards, Tubs

MARTIN T
Does it have a coscast head? dave what's a coscast head? Tubs Early XE's came with a better head done by Cosworth, if the head has GM stampted on the dissy end its a later head and not a coscast one. Tubs
I always thought that Lotus developed the engine because it was produced when GM owned Lotus. I'll ask Troy to have look and let you know. Kind regards, Tubs
Dave
It will either have GM on the back of the head just below where the dizzy should be or Coscast under the exhaust ports Dave

RichP
hi Tubs Are you putting another XE in the car or something else? (gives a guide whether xe-unique fitting bits would still be needed). Thanks Rich
