lukeyboy Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 I went to a lap dancing bar, just off Broad Street last Novemeber, set up by some Stag Do company! All I can say is Christ on a push bike they were rough, never go in sober!!!! As I was walking down the street I'm think look at those rough chain smoking hookers stood in the entrance to that dark alley, I feel a bit unsafe.............. only to find out that was the club! No one was having a dance and they'd giving us bubbly and I thought they were going to linch us, so I had a couple of dancers! ha ha! then we split quickly! I spare the stag the belt buckle on the a** for £50 and went back onto Broad Street! Quote

We used to frequent a few of the l-dance clubs in Brum on works outings... Be very careful in the Acadian area....It's also the gay quarter.... On one outing a mate and I were v.p****d and headed into what we thiught was a lap-dance club....... Luckily as we progressed down the stairs I noticed that the pictures of the dancers all had 5 o'clock shadows and Adam's apples....Cue ultra-sharp exit left..... Somehow in our p****d up state we had failed to notice that the bar was called Glamorous or summat and the signage was all bright pink neon..... Quote

And I thought they were all just a friendly bunch they were really helpful, we told them we wanted to get cheap tickets or dodge the queues to a lapdancing club and they said they would take us up the back passage, with as many of my mates for free. Guest Posted March 12, 2009 Posted March 12, 2009 I went to the club my wife refers to as Peppermint Rhino on Hagley Raod last year as part of a stag doo. I was forced into having this rather splendid young lady wriggle about whilst I sat on my hands. I caused a bit of a stir (and made it into the best mans speech) when I asked for a "cup of tea" at 0300 - and the nice young lady (dressed only in her underwear) fell about laughing. Be careful if you draw cash from the machine inside the hallway - two huge bouncers either side (no - male bouncers I mean) and a withdrawel charge of £15 per transaction! Deffo not a place to go if you have limited funds - with bottled beer at £4.00 a punt Quote
