I fitted all new silicon hoses when I fitted the engine.

New electric speedo and rev counter

Wheels and tyres

MOT is july, I'll have to check the exact date.

Bad bits:

Wiring to rear lights needs repairing.  I did a temporary job to keep the car on the road, but Ideally it needs redoing.  There is a connection block where the loom plugs into the wiring for the rear lights and this had corroded, so I by-passed it.

There are some small cracks in the body and the colour has faded slightly.

One of the rear wheel bearings has a very slight leak.  It needs the half shaft pulling out again and sealing.

That said it is a fully working car and it only needs tax for it to be back on the road.

It really is a great car though and still looks good.  I have been to Le Mans 3 times in it, done 4 coast 2 coast drives, took part in the Long way north trip, and done loads of classic and kit car shows and wscc and pistonheads meets.

I take it off the road in winter so it doesn't see any salt.

Thanks  :t-up:

If I set the price to how much I love it, it would be a lot, lot higher   .

My ex girlfriend kept saying she thought I loved the Westfield more than her.  I think she was on to some thing there   ;) .

But as stated the car is in Stockport and I'm in Cardiff.  I am tempted to leave it stored, as a back up toy, maybe use it for some kit car shows etc, but in reality if I keep it, it will become a garge orniment, which would be a shame.

This car is a cracker .

It is well known in the Northwest and has

has been around in some great company.

Any one looking for a bargain look no further

as Kirk is selling  a cracker of a car here.

And having owned a simular Wessy with the same

CVH power plant from Ferriday I can tell you that

some-one is going to get a mighty little snip.

You could always bring the car to Cardiff, and join us on a Welsh  blat.  :t-up:

Yep, they were work in progress pics, I can assure everyone I tightened everything  :D  .  As I sure most you know it takes me twice as long to do anything as I spend ages taking pictures of everything.  :p

Got to agree with the comments on here. Kirk looks after his cars, this is a bargin for a truely honest well looked after motor, and most importantly its extremely reliable . If you looking for your first westy this is the 1 to go for. Kirk has spent many happy hours in this car, ok most of it a sleep!!! kirk is the Euroblats tour cat and we call him Jess!!
