fatbaldbloke Posted February 22, 2009 Posted February 22, 2009 I have a pair of Yoko A032R soft compound tyres, P215/50R13 84V. They came with a pair of wheels I bought and are surplus to requirements. NOTE: They are not E marked and not road legal. They both have over 4mm of tread left. One has a mark on the shoulder where I guess it has rubbed some bodywork at some time, but it should not impact the life or performance of the tyre. Would anybody like them, say £20 for the pair collected from Bedford/Milton Keynes area, before I use them for plant pots.
fatbaldbloke Posted February 23, 2009 Author Posted February 23, 2009 Sorry chaps, I'm going to withdraw these and dispose of them. I just don't know enough about their history to be happy to let anyone use them.
jsawyer86 Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 Are you sure, i could realy do with a pair to make a complete set for non comp track use. cant be much wrong with them so long as the walls arent cracked or kinked. can collect, im only at cambridge.
chrisfopp Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 Indeed, I'm just around the corner and could ideally use these to roll my Capri project around on to save fitting 205s to my 10*13s.
CedricTheBrave Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 they were brand new and have completed 1 track day and yes the groove was from the arch rubbing on the edge of one of the tyres due to the poorly setup suspension they should be fine for track use. if that helps
fatbaldbloke Posted February 27, 2009 Author Posted February 27, 2009 Hi David, Thanks for that. I'll stick to giving them to a good home, delighted with the wheels. PM'd the various interested parties, first come first served. Cheers, Ian
