Hi mate,

Personally i have an HTC touch diamond which i think is the dogs, my wife has an older HTC smart phone on orange for business and works for a very well known company, this is used for work very heavily and everyone in her company has one,

I would check out - http://www.xda-developers.com/

Click on forums scroll to the phone you want and marvell at the info that some boblle hat wearing geek that has never seen day light can tell you about it :)

HTC Touch is your best option on Orange.

I use a V1615 but only with Voda

Mark, I've got a T-Mobile XDA thingy - it's an HTC TyTn - that is no longer needed (unlock it for a tenner), has the full slide out qwerty keyboard and a good screen and could be yours for £50, mains charger, car charger and the setup CD etc inc postage  ;)    :D

I just grabbed the Sony Ericsson X1 thing, seems pretty decent. Windows Mobile thingy, does email etc. Still learning my way round it but does everything I need it to for now...

I found the problem with XDA's is that it's not as convienient to make a call (difficult to choose contacts with my fat thumbs!)

However my latest has a interface called "touchflo" that simulates the i-phone. Well recomended as it makes ch easier

get the touch pro not the diamond ....

2 major drawbacks of the diamond are it only has internal memory and no card slot (so tomtom install becomes an issue unless you only want the uk.

also its very slow , compared to the pro.

they seem the same phone but they arn't .

touch pro available on vodaphone until t-mob launch it to

or the tytn ii  is an excelent pda phone
