pistonbroke Posted November 13, 2008 Posted November 13, 2008 Confession time What's the penance for owning a trailer tent (wannabe caravanner does that count ) for 30 years or more Not used in last 15 years (does that get me a dispensation ) What about a Yacht ? could be described as a "floating caravan " got one o' them to Quote
Mid life crisis Posted November 13, 2008 Posted November 13, 2008 We bought our first caravan when our daughter was 2 years old and over the years have had some great holidays and weekends away. The daughter is now 19 and son 15 so over the past couple of years the van was rarely used caravaning in their eyes is no longer cool so due to the cost of secure storage, insurance and servicing. I decided to sell it earlier this year. May get another when the kids leave home, but then again might just spend their inheritance on exotic holidays for Jane and I. Quote
