Bleeding the Fuel System

I've done a bit of work on my fuel system and now I need some help!

I've installed a fuel filter into the low pressure side of my fuel system but it looks like it's got air in it. I was expecting the pump to pump it through into the swirl pot, but it looks to me like it's stuck.

I took a video (not a great one!)

I guess my questions are:

Is this a problem? and how should I fix it?

Not a problem.....and it should slowly disappear with time.
