ludo Posted July 6, 2008 Posted July 6, 2008 this one is with her new owner in the champagne area, after a 600miles drive home yesterday
JeffC Posted July 6, 2008 Author Posted July 6, 2008 Ludo good to meet you and JB yesterday. Yes you were very lucky with the weather bearing in mind it was standing water as we left the airport Im releaved the car behaved itself on its long journey to its new home although it may have been more comfortable in a recovery truck, I may have been tempted to sabotage it and cause a problem and sit back in comfort
ludo Posted July 6, 2008 Posted July 6, 2008 nah it was ok driving it and you don't have to worry about falling asleep driving it, not possible, too much noise and giggle!. I was worried too leaving the airport. I could see a very long day if the weather stayed as bad for all the drive. I guess we got a good bit of luck. In fairness hoping for sun shine in july in england was a bit pushing it! there must be a reason why you all come down to france or spain at this time of the year! anyway, thank you for the ride in the 335, very good car, the transmission is really amazing!
