Its gonna be fun to see how these turbocharged sevens (there are a handfull of them now) will do on the track. Hopefully we will meet up during the summer.

Ive not had time to drive it, the throttle cable is sorted now I replaced it for an MGTF throttle cable, works a treat :)  as soon as the sun comes back I'll be out in it.

Oh and cheers grahame, it looks a bit different since you had it :)  not much space left.

I think you've got a picture of the GSX-R750, I think there was room for (at least) 4 of those under the bonnet...

It's impossible to look at the incredibly-shrinking ASWMC Calendar without being reminded of how good the car was with it's puny powerplant.

S**t the bed... It looks like something NASA would build.

How much power is that expected to make? Also I'm guessing this is the engine you had a special crank made for that took it down to ~1700cc?

With the turbo I'm going for it will make Circa 600bhp

Engine is now 80mm stroke with 144mm rods and 86mm bore

Its 1858cc

Air injectors are available through Graham Goode Racing

How are you planning to get the power down on the tarmac :0 ? Is it going to be a 400 meter car? Nice looking engine by the way :cool:
