What a day  

Roll Westy out of the garage and give it a wash and check over

Drive the missus to a country pub in the Cotswolds for a fab lunch, waving at other Westys on the way.

Sit outside enjoying the sunshine

Drive on to Marlborough giving chase to some psychotic bikers on the way  

Park up and wander up and down the main street soaking up the sunshine.

Buy a cream bun in the bakers

Jump back into Westy and hoon it down the A4.

Park up in layby, eating said cream bun, watching more psycho bikers (and the odd tintop) giving it some at 3 figure speeds    

Jump back into Westy and blast back home after a 5 hour blat   .

Mow the lawn, chuck some chops on the BBQ and fix up a Harvey Wallbanger.

Settle in front of the TV and chill

What a day!  

That was worth waiting for

I'm soooooooo jelous - missed my chance today to get out and enjoy

Probably wont get another chance for 6 months

Yep had a 2 hour blat this afternoon    

Through Shrewsbury, Hope valley, then cut across to

Craven arms, Church stretton and back home

Had a nice blat to Elvington today to drive this -

Thats me without the yellow helmet.

Also took an Aston V8 for a spin. Finished the experience with a high speed lap in dare i say, a cateringvan. The sun stayed out and even the gf enjoyed herself. On the way back to Beverley saw two other westys as well. Top day out

picked up the Westie today for the first blast of the year (not at full revs as running in). Great fun & then cleared out the garage so I could put the car  away (my first garage)!

Got up this morning in the hope of another run, only to find its raining & I have forgotten to put the pram away yesterday after cleaning the garage!
