Item on Midlands news tonight, plans for 5000 so called "eco homes" at Curborough

The information for housing development around Curborough has been about for nearly 7 or 8 years    

Eco initiative is the current "buzzword" and a user friendly way of obtaining permissions and approvals much quicker despite protests by local resi's  

It will be a percentage of the homes that are fully eco,  the remainder will probably be developed up to Code 3 or whatever is current at the time
