Richard Posted April 2, 2008 Share Posted April 2, 2008 Class winning Westfield with many FTD’s and class wins, including: Westfield Speed Series – 2006 overall championship winner - 2007 Class H winner (including the BARC class record at Harewood Hill climb - Sept 07) Nottingham Speed Series – 2007 3rd overall - 2007 winner of the Harry Driver Trophy (fastest times over 8 events) Too much spec to list in detail on here so any serious enquiry, please email or phone for full specification list: In brief:- Westfield Seiw SBD, registered in 1999 on 'T' plate, currently with MSA log book running on slicks and wings format, but could be put back to road spec as V5 is available. (Currently SORN’D) Over £35k has been spent developing the car, with many receipts available. Race chassis with extra bracing, gussets and triangulation, all panelled in pre-preg carbon, wide tunnel and solid mounted engine and box. lightweight bodywork. SBD suspension geometry/wishbones/anti roll bars and uprights front and back at a cost of over £4k with bespoke titan steering rack. Penske 8760 3 way dampers/ dynod and setup by Penske with all data, (costing over £2.5k) Quaffe dog box rebuilt for 06 and comes with spare gears/ratios! new for 06 SBD 265+ vauxhall power unit too much to list but inc MBE992 sequential injection ecu, dry sump system, steel rods, omega pistons, headwork etc etc alloy hubs and bells separate brake rotors, billet 4 pots. all fluid systems aeroquipt throughout. New (fitted July 2007) SBD lightweight 5" clutch assembly on small ultra light steel flywheel with Brise geared starter. over £1.5k spent on goldline ampep rosejoints throughout. Loads of carbon bits and plenty more that I haven’t mentioned This car is a high spec and competitive sprint/hill-climb or track day car and is being reluctantly sold as I have now decided it is time to pursue something else. This car is arguably one of the best handling Westfields in the country comparable with a single seater and is very easy to drive. 1 x set Image rims with sprint slicks 1 x set of rims with cut slicks (wets) 1 x set of rims with track day slicks Various items such as data logger, Spa tacho, shift light, etc,etc. Other spares included such as bonnet, nose cone, front wheel arches etc. Priced at £16.5k ono Also, Brian James tilt bed covered trailer with electric winch and tyre rack.
