Scuttle top crash pad for wide body

I'm after the vinyl covered pad that goes over the top of the scuttle.  It needs to be from the slightly earlier wide body scuttle where the pad starts at the base of the windscreen and then lips over the edge / top of the dashboard.  I think on the very latest bodywork the pad is a lot narrower.

Condition or colour not too important as I can always recover it!
